Your rights and choices You can update your name and password in your account settings, and **delete your account** there at any time. Deleting your account removes your account data, credits, videos and any stored photos, except records we must keep by law. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Last updated: October 8, 2026 These terms are an agreement between you and Alors on Danse AI Video (alorsondanseaivideo.org, "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. ## 1\. Who can use it You must be at least 18 years old and able to make a binding agreement. One person per account; keep your login safe and tell us at [support@alorsondanseaivideo.org](mailto:support@alorsondanseaivideo.org) if someone else uses it. ## 2\. The service Alors on Danse AI Video generates a 30-second or 20-second AI video in the style of the "Alors on Danse" white-studio duet trend from two photos you upload. The video is AI-generated and is not real footage. Results depend on the photos and on the AI model; a likeness is not guaranteed. Alors on Danse AI Video is an independent tool and is not affiliated with Stromae, Jamel Debbouze, their labels or producers, TikTok, YouTube, or the owners of the music used in the trend. We may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service at any time. ## 3\. Credits and payment - Videos are paid with credits, from a monthly or annual subscription or a one-time credit pack. A 30-second video uses 120 credits in 480p, 240 in 720p HD and 480 in 1080p Full HD; a 20-second video uses 80 credits in 480p, 160 in 720p HD and 320 in 1080p Full HD. - Subscriptions renew automatically at the shown price until you cancel in My videos → Manage billing. Canceling stops future renewals; the current paid period stays available until it ends. Subscription credits are valid until the end of the paid period and roll over when the subscription renews; credits from one-time packs never expire. - Prices are shown in US dollars and charged by Stripe, our payment provider. Taxes may be added where they apply. - Credits **do not expire**. They stay in your account until you use them or delete your account. - Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold and are not refundable except under our [Refund Policy](https://alorsondanseaivideo.org/refund-policy). - If a video fails, its credits are returned automatically. ## 4\. Your photos You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You confirm that you took them or have the right to use them, and that **every person shown has agreed** to appear in an AI video. You give us a limited licence to store and process the photos, and to send them to our video provider, only to make your video. Photos are deleted when the request ends; see our [Privacy Policy](https://alorsondanseaivideo.org/privacy-policy). ## 5\. Your videos You may download your videos and post them on your own social media and websites, including channels where you earn money. You are responsible for how you use them and for following the rules of the platforms you post on, including labelling AI-generated content. Videos are stored in your account for **30 days or 1 year**, based on the largest pack you have bought, and are then no longer accessible. Any reminder we send is a courtesy; download the videos you want to keep. ## 6\. What you must not do - Upload photos of anyone who has not agreed, including celebrities, public figures and private people. - Upload photos of anyone under 18. - Make sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise unlawful content, or use a video to harass, defame, deceive or impersonate anyone. - Present a video as real footage in a way meant to mislead, including for fraud, scams or political manipulation. - Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights. - Attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or try to get around credits or limits. We may refuse a generation, delete content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Credits of accounts closed for abuse are not refunded. ## 7\. Our content The site, its design, text, templates and example videos belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy them except as these terms allow. The original trend video and the YouTube videos we link to belong to their creators. ## 8\. Ending your account You can delete your account at any time in your account settings. Deletion is permanent: your videos and unused credits are removed and cannot be recovered or refunded. We may close accounts that break these terms. ## 9\. Disclaimers The service is provided "as is" and "as available". AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the results, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract. ## 10\. Limitation of liability To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. ## 11\. Your responsibility If you break these terms or the law with content you upload or publish, and a third party makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim. ## 12\. Last updated: October 8, 2026 ## Failed videos: credits back automatically If a video fails to generate or is not delivered, the credits it used are returned to your account automatically. You do not need to contact us. ## Unused credit packs: money back within 7 days If you have **not used any credits** from a pack, you can ask for a full refund within **7 days of purchase**. Email [support@alorsondanseaivideo.org](mailto:support@alorsondanseaivideo.org) from the email address on your account and tell us which purchase it is. When the refund is made, the credits from that pack are removed from your account. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. When you use credits to start a video, you ask us to start providing the digital service immediately and you lose the right of withdrawal for the credits you use. Unused packs can be refunded within those 14 days. ## Subscriptions You can cancel a monthly or annual plan at any time in My videos → Manage billing. Canceling stops the next renewal; the current paid period and its credits stay available until it ends. If you have **not used any credits** from a new subscription payment, you can ask for a refund of that payment within **7 days**, the same way as for packs; the credits from it are then removed. Renewals you forgot to cancel are refundable on the same terms if their credits are unused. ## What is not refunded - **Credits used for a video that finished.** The generation cost has already been paid to our video provider. AI results vary with the photos you upload; see our [photo guide](https://alorsondanseaivideo.org/blog/best-photos-for-alors-on-danse-ai) for the best results. If a video file is technically defective (for example it will not play), write to us and we may, at our discretion, restore the credits. - **Packs or subscription payments where some credits were used**, except as required by law. ## How refunds are paid Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. How long they take to appear depends on your bank and card issuer. We do not refund in cash or to another account. ## Chargebacks Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank; most problems are solved quickly by email.
